Alice Springs

In flight... any sugar/carb will do now... you never know how long you will be stranded in the outback...

... it sure looks hazy out there...

... and after we landed...

... not only from above... it turns out... they have had the wettest winter for decades here in the Red Centre... so the Red Centre temporarily became the Green Centre... then after some drying out the Yellow Centre... and now its the Burning Centre... it ain't haze... it's smoke from many bush fires that are all over the place... smoke... falling ashes... constant smell of fire... scary...
